All Chapter 7, 12 and 13 §341 Meetings of Creditors are conducted virtually via Zoom. Chapter 11 §341 Meetings of Creditors are held by telephone. IMPORTANT: If you - either the debtor or debtor's counsel - are unable to connect to your Section 341 Meeting of Creditors, miss the meeting for any reason, or have an unavoidable conflict with the date and/or time for which your meeting has been scheduled, please contact the trustee as soon as possible and before filing any motion with the Court. The Assistant United States Trustee has advised the Clerk's Office that, as a general rule, trustees will be willing to continue or adjourn a meeting one time without a motion having to be filed with the Court. All Louisville division Meetings of Creditors are held in the Eastern Time Zone, while all Bowling Green, Owensboro, and Paducah division Meetings of Creditors are held in the Central Time Zone.  Please refer to the Section 341 Meeting of Creditors Notice in the bankruptcy case for specific meeting details. If a motion is filed and the motion does not indicate you have first contacted the trustee and the trustee is unable or, due to case circumstances, unwilling to continue or adjourn, your motion may be terminated until you have done so and filed a renewed motion indicating such.
