National Creditor Registration Service

The National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts that gives creditors and other notice recipients the ability to specify a preferred U.S. mailing address to which bankruptcy notices should be sent. The filing of a notice of preferred address pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342(f) by a creditor directly with the NCRS, a division of the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), will constitute the filing of such a notice with the Court. Detailed information and applicaitons can be found at the Bankruptcy Noticing Center website.
