The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky, with the assistance of the Court's Local Rules Committee, recently posted revisions of the Court's Local Rules and invited members of the Bar to provide feedback and comments. The comment period closed on September 11, 2025.
The Court appreciates all the feedback provided and is reviewing the feedback in order to finalize the Local Rules. More information will be forthcoming and will be posted on this page, the Court's home page and the Local Rules page when available.
