Due to a required infrastructure upgrade to the Court's payment collection and deposit system on Friday, 2/27/26, the Clerk's Office will not be able to accept, process or receipt any payments made at the Clerk's Office in Louisville after 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time (the normal "cutoff" is at 3:30 PM). This upgrade is mandated by the Department of the Treasury and outside of the Court's control. The Clerk's Office regrets any inconvenience.
