Coming soon, all Chapter 7, 12, and 13 §341 meetings in the Western District of Kentucky will transition to ZOOM video meetings. The Assistant U.S. Trustee's Office is offering informational sessions on September 26th and October 2nd to help prepare for the the planned rollout. The sessions are open to everyone and will cover a variety of topics, including connecting to a ZOOM meeting, participating in a virtual meeting, and requirements for verifying a Debtor’s ID.
