Senate Bill S. 3823 was signed into law on 6/21/2022. This law restores the debt limits for Chapter 11 Subchapter V to  7.5 million for a period of 2 years. It also increases the debt limit for Chapter 13 debtors to 2.75 million, for the two-year period.
