Today, the Honorable Mary Elisabeth Naumann was sworn in as a United States Bankruptcy Judge. The Court will be making related and necessary changes to the Court’s cases, case assignments and web information as soon as possible. A separate reception for Judge Naumann will be schedule for the Bar and Trustee panel to welcome her in early 2026, once the ongoing government shutdown concludes and a date can be scheduled. The Court and its staff welcome Judge Naumann, and we thank her for service on behalf of the Western District of Kentucky, the Sixth Judicial Circuit, the Federal Judiciary, and the United States of America.
