During the period that we are operating under a government shutdown, Court held in Louisville will continue to be held as scheduled, please pay close attention to your hearing notices as changes may be made to dockets that are being held in the divisional offices of Owensboro, Paducah and Bowling Green that require office staff to travel.  Those dockets may be transitioned to telephonic or video conference hearings, as our ability to travel from the main division is restricted.  As we navigate thru the shutdown, we will be making decisions weekly regarding travel.
