Yes. All credit card payments must be
made using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

What security settings are needed to use the Credit
Card Module?
Your browser must support 128-bit
encryption. To determine the encryption, click on the "help" tab
on your menu bar at the top of the screen. Select "About Internet
Explorer." A small window will appear indicating the version as well as
the encryption or cipher strength of your browser.

What credit cards are accepted?
VISA/MasterCard, Novus/Discover, American
Express and Diners Card.

How do I make internet credit card payments?
You will receive an opportunity to Pay
Now after each subsequent transaction, or you may pay at the end of
the day using the Utilities menu option, Internet Payments
Due.

When are credit card payments due?
Payments are due by midnight of the date
of filing If for any reason you are unable to use the credit card
module, please call the Court at 502-627-5700. If a fee is not
paid timely the case may be dismissed or the document may be stricken.

Can I pay fees via check or cash when filing
electronically?
No. All payments made by electronic
filers must be made by credit card.

Who do I call if my payment is declined?
Contact the card-issuing bank to
determine why the card was declined.

What do I do if the credit card screen does not appear
or is blank?
In order to pay filing fees associated
with pleadings filed in the Electronic Filing System, popup blockers
must be temporarily disabled. If you have a popup blocker running,
the following payment issues may occur.

I'm paying a fee in ECF and I received a message that
I need to contact the Court. Who should I call?
Contact the Court at 502-627-5700 where a
Case Administrator or Financial Manager will assist you.

Is there a report for reconciling credit card charges?
Yes. Click on Utilities/Internet Payment
History. Type in the desired date range. The report will
list all payments that have been made for filing fees using the Credit
Card Module.
