Yes. All credit card payments must be made using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

Your browser must support 128-bit encryption. To determine the encryption, click on the "help" tab on your menu bar at the top of the screen. Select "About Internet Explorer." A small window will appear indicating the version as well as the encryption or cipher strength of your browser.

You will receive an opportunity to Pay Now after each subsequent transaction, or you may pay at the end of the day using the Utilities menu option, Internet Payments Due.

Payments are due by midnight of the date of filing If for any reason you are unable to use the credit card module, please call the Court at 502-627-5700. If a fee is not paid timely the case may be dismissed or the document may be stricken.

In order to pay filing fees associated with pleadings filed in the Electronic Filing System, popup blockers must be temporarily disabled. If you have a popup blocker running, the following payment issues may occur.

	You filed a pleading that required a fee, but never received a popup window showing the amount due.
	You filed a pleading that required a fee and received a blank popup window after viewing the Notice of Electronic Filing.
	You attempted to pay your fees by clicking Utilities > Internet Payments Due, but received a blank screen that showed "done" in the lower left hand corner of the browser.

Listed below are instructions for disabling the most common popup blocking programs.

	Google Toolbar - Hold down the ctrl key and then click on the link for filing fees.
	Yahoo Toolbar - Hold down the ctrl key and then click on the link for filing fees.

	Google Toolbar - Click on the Google button > Options and under "accessories" uncheck Popup Blocker.
	Yahoo Toolbar - Click on the popup blocker button on the toolbar and uncheck Enable Popup Blocker.
	Windows XP Firewall - Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools > Popup Blocker > Popup Blocker Settings.

Add certain web sites in the allow popup list

	Yahoo Toolbar - Click on the popup blocker button and select "always allow popups from."
	Windows XP Firewall - Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools > Popup Blocker > Popup Blocker Settings.

Allow popup windows on current web site

Google Toolbar - Click on the popup blocker button. This will add the current web site to the allow popup list.

Contact the Court at 502-627-5700 where a Case Administrator or Financial Manager will assist you.

Yes. Click on Utilities/Internet Payment History. Type in the desired date range. The report will list all payments that have been made for filing fees using the Credit Card Module.
